hosts a program called CERT through a website with a homepage located at
ePrep's policies related to the collection, use, and maintenance of
information obtained from schools, school districts, libraries and other
organizations, and from individuals who visit the Site to use CERT.
Please know that your privacy is very important to all of us at ePrep and
we are committed to respecting and protecting the personal information you
share with us online ("Your Personal Information"). We understand that you
want to retain as much control as possible over Your Personal Information
and we further recognize your desire to have Your Personal Information
appropriately collected, used, and maintained by ePrep.
Acceptance of Terms

teacher or other administrator at your school registers you for a CERT
student account. As we collect Your Personal Information, we safeguard its
privacy by using measures that are both customary and commercially
reasonable. (Your student account is password protected, as are all
teacher and administrator accounts. Please note that certain teachers and
administrators at your school have access to Your Personal Information,
including your account password.)
We use Your Personal Information to provide you with the products and/or
services included in your student account. We also use Your Personal
Information to create reports for your teachers and the administrators at
your school. We maintain the privacy of Your Personal Information by using
measures that are both customary and commercially reasonable.
Notwithstanding any of the forgoing, ePrep reserves the right to disclose
Your Personal Information, if it is (i) required by law to be disclosed,
(ii) material to a legal proceeding, (iii) or ordered to be disclosed by a
government body or court of competent jurisdiction.
Your IP Address and Anonymous Data
We collect data when you visit and use the Site. Such data includes, but
is not limited to, your IP (Internet Protocol) address and information
like your browser type, operating system, domain name, platform,
connection speed, and referring web site addresses (collectively, "Your
Anonymous Information"). We use Your Anonymous Information and that of
all, or at times some, of other CERT users like your classmates
(collectively "Anonymous Visitor Information") to generate reports that
your teachers and school administrators may find useful. We also use
Anonymous Visitor Information to generate statistics to help us understand
how visitors use the Site, in general, and specific pages of the Site, in
Use of Your Personal Information
Except as part of CERT, Your Personal Information will not be used by
ePrep. Your Personal Information will not be disclosed, sold, or otherwise
transferred to unaffiliated third parties without your express approval.
ePrep is concerned with the security of Your Personal Information. The
Site has, accordingly, been designed to include features that are intended
to protect the loss, misuse, and alteration of Your Personal Information.
Such features include, but are not limited to, a secure network and
database that are password protected and firewall secured, as appropriate.
Furthermore, except as otherwise provided for herein, only authorized
ePrep employees have access to Your Personal Information and all employees
regarding the treatment of Your Personal Information.
